Red Motorbike 006 worldwide this week!

Red Motorbike 006

a. Eddie C - Far West
b. Eddie C - Free Love

Juno Review:
Edit champion Eddie C serves up two brand new original works for Red Motorbike and they both scream summertime vibes. "Free Love" is a kind of Doobie Brothers / Ojays fusion with a tight funk groove and emphatic soulful vocals that aren't dissimilar to Isaac Hayes's backing band. "Far West" is much more languid, deeper and more cosmic thanks to its crisp guitar plucks, sun-bleached bass thumps and overall Krautrocky synth washes. Hand-stamped and limited, this needs your attention right now!

Let's Get Lost Vol.2 Compilation

Piccadilly Review:

Since its inception in spring 2010 the Let's Get Lost label has been the standard bearer for high quality edits and reworks in crowded playing field of a genre. This super limited CD collects together some of their best output from the likes of KZA, Cos/Mes, JD Twitch, Marvin & Guy and many more, plus new upfront exclusives from Daniele Baldelli and Eddie C.

Included are KZA's edit of Roberto Lodola's Balearic-friendly soft-soul epic 'Marimba Do Mar', Marvin & Guy's cosmic 'Keep On' and 'Jungle Woman', JD Twitch's refixes of Tuxedomoon ('In A Manner') and Loose Joints ('Is It All Over The Place'), a couple of Cos/Mes cosmic housers, brilliant new disco sample house from Eddie C ('Dub Me Gino') and more besides.

Already causing a 'what's this?' queue at our shop counter on its first airing, this CD is jam-packed with cosmic / Balearic / house / disco goodness.
