Sleazy Beats

I recently did an interview with the fine folks over at Sleazy Beats.
There's also an exclusive mid-tempo music mix for you all to enjoy!
Don't mind my banter, it's all about the music!

BOUNTY EP

Released digital only July 27th on Toronto's PAWN SHOP RECORDS

Available exclusively at junodownload.com July 27th to August 10, 2009. Available elsewhere thereafter.

A quick blurb from my friends at Pawnshop:

One of the guys to watch in the dub disco scene is Port Hope, Ontario’s Eddie C, now living in Banff, Alberta. His use of polished samples and vintage drums make his downbeat and house trax a call-back to the days of yore. We’re stoked to present a 3-song EP of some of his finest work.

CB 200

The obscure object of my desire. After having viewed "Rockers" probably more than 100 times, I am completely enamored with the concept of hustling records by motorbike. This particular bike is for sale near my home.

MUSICVICTIM Playlist

Musicvictim is an independent radio station from Barcelona. My Jisco release, "You're Welcome", was one of their top entries in April. They recently asked me to compile a list of some of my records of the moment. Here are my picks for them.

Organachrome - "Don't Say Drums are not Words" (Eddie C Remix)

I'm sure there are many artists who agree that music written 'spur of the moment' is often focused and inspired. Taking too long on one project may be detrimental to it's original feel. I did this version in about an hour and could not be happier with the result! Thanks very much to Rob and Marc for this opportunity!

Released today APRIL 22, 2009
